Tecno Spark 4 is in this list because It's the best phone under 15k or $100 and it gives the best value over the price with 2GHz processor(I don't know which processor they didn't mention)  and with triple camera setup with 3GB ram and 32GB rom.

Alcatel Go Flip 3:

Alcatel Go flip 3 you may wonder why this sh*t phone is in this list to buy in 2020 so its because its the best phone for cool kids plus its also useful for old age people and it provides the best vibe when you flip this dope phone like Tom Cruise(just kidding....the best thing is its too cheap plus it has wifi and hotspot feature which is rare in these phones now a days...
